Was erwartet dich?
- Du definierst und implementierst Preis- und Werbestrategien, um Wachstum, Umsatz und Marktanteil voranzutreiben
- Du führst Marktforschung und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Preisentscheidungen zu fundieren
- Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um die Preisstrategien mit den Zielen der Produktentwicklung, des Marketings und des Vertriebs abzustimmen
- Du planst, setzt um und misst den Erfolg von Preisgestaltungskampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg
- Du entwickelst und verwaltest Pricing-Fahrpläne, um die Abstimmung mit den Geschäftszielen sicherzustellen
- Du überwachst und analysierst kommerzielle Leistungskennzahlen wie Umsatz, Rentabilität und Kundengewinnung
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Gegenmaßnahmen, um Leistungslücken zu schließen
- Du konzipierst und führst Werbekampagnen durch, um neue Kund:innen zu gewinnen und das Umsatzwachstum zu steigern
- Du arbeitest mit den Marketing-Teams zusammen, um gezielte Werbeangebote und Botschaften zu entwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du bringst 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Pricing, Marketing oder Produktmanagement mit, idealerweise in der Informationstechnologie-/Technologiebranche
- Du verfügst über starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Datenmengen zu interpretieren
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch oder Spanisch sind ein Plus
- Du bist neugierig, aufgeschlossen und begeisterst dich für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du bist gut organisiert, hands-on und in der Lage, Aufgaben effektiv zu priorisieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
