In dieser Rolle bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Strategy & Creation Team, unserem Operations Team und unseren Kund:innen.
Du sorgst dafür, dass Learning-Inhalte perfekt platziert, aktuell und wirkungsvoll präsentiert werden – auf unseren eigenen Plattformen sowie in kundenspezifischen Lernumgebungen.
* Unser Vertrag ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet. Diese Zeit nutzen wir, um uns gegenseitig kennenzulernen und sicherzustellen, dass die Zusammenarbeit für beide Seiten gut passt. Wenn wir merken, dass es für alle stimmig ist – und davon gehen wir aus – steht einer unbefristeten Anstellung nichts im Wege.
Was erwartet dich?
- Pflege, Aktualisierung und Veröffentlichung von Lerninhalten, News und Kampagnen auf unseren Lernplattformen (LMS/CMS)
- Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen und visuellen Qualität von Texten, Grafiken und Videos
- Reporting & Tracking: Überwachung und Auswertung der Content-Performance (z. B. Nutzerzahlen, Engagement, Zugriffszahlen)
- Prozessoptimierung: Entwicklung effizienter Workflows für Content-Pflege, Updates und Freigabeprozesse
- Enge Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement, Learning Design und IT, um optimale Nutzererlebnisse zu schaffen
- Optional, wenn du technisch versiert bist: Technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformen – gemeinsam mit dem Digital Solutions Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Content Management oder in einem verwandten Bereich wie Digital Learning, Medienmanagement oder Webkommunikation.
- Du kennst dich mit Learning Management Systemen (LMS) und/oder Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) aus und verstehst, wie digitale Lerninhalte strukturiert und gepflegt werden.
- Du bringst technisches Verständnis für Webapplikationen, CMS-Systeme und Hosting-Umgebungen mit.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert – auch wenn mehrere Projekte parallel laufen.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für User Experience und achtest auf konsistente, qualitativ hochwertige Inhalte.
- Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne teamübergreifend – insbesondere mit Strategie-, Operations- und IT-Teams.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Reporting, Tracking und in der Auswertung von Content-Performance (z. B. über Analytics-Tools).
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise hast du bereits im Agenturumfeld oder in einem digitalen Lernkontext gearbeitet.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
