Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Sanitär- und Heizungsanlagen direkt bei unseren Privat- und Geschäftskunden.
- Du analysierst Fehlerquellen systematisch, stellst Diagnosen und behebst Störungen an den gebäudetechnischen Anlagen zielgerichtet.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner vor Ort berätst Du unsere Kunden aktiv zu Modernisierungsmaßnahmen und Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Kundendienstteam zusammen und stimmst Dich auf der Baustelle professionell mit anderen Gewerken ab.
- Du sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation Deiner Einsätze, erfasst die benötigten Materialien und erstellst die Abrechnungsgrundlagen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas-Wasser-Installateur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im SHK-Kundendienst mit und kennst dich mit gängigen Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen aus.
- Eine saubere, präzise Arbeitsweise und ein gutes technisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich sicher mit Kunden und im Team abzustimmen.
