Speditionskaufmann für Logistikkoordination (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die kosten- und termingerechte Disposition unserer beiden Firmen-LKW sowie externer Speditionen und Paketdienste
- Sie stellen pünktliche Kundenlieferungen inklusive Rückholungen sicher
- Sie führen Preisvergleiche durch und verhandeln mit Speditionen
- Sie sprechen Anlieferungen und Abholungen auf Baustellen ab und koordinieren diese unter Berücksichtigung von Zufahrtszeiten, LKW-Größe, Kranverfügbarkeit etc
- Sie erstellen Frachtpapiere (national/international) und Abholscheine
- Sie überwachen Liefertermine in enger Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Vertrieb und führen POD-Abfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Speditionen durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung in der Transport- und Logistikdisposition (wünschenswert sind mehr als 2 Jahre)
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Logistiksystemen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
