Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Führung und Koordination Deines Baustellenteams auf unseren anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten.
- Du organisierst den gesamten Baustellenablauf – von der Einrichtung über die Materialdisposition bis zur Sicherstellung einer termin- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort bist Du für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften verantwortlich und arbeitest eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen.
- Du führst das Bautagebuch, dokumentierst den Baufortschritt und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss für alle Beteiligten sicher.
- Du packst selbst mit an und unterstützt Dein Team tatkräftig bei Schlüsselaufgaben wie Schal- und Betonvergussarbeiten oder der Montage von Stahlbetonfertigteilen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hochbau-Polier (m/w/d) oder Vorarbeiter (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung als Stahlbetonbauer (m/w/d)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und wirtschaftlich
- Du bist teamfähig und zeigst Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bist reisebereit mit Führerschein BE (CE von Vorteil)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
