Ein/e Projektmanager/in trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für das Projekt von Kick-off bis Übergabe, plant und kontrolliert den Zeitplan, organisiert interdisziplinäre Teams und sorgt für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit sowie Ressourcennutzung. Zudem liegt die Verantwortung für Vertrags- und Budgetmanagement, Kundenbeziehungen und die konsequente Umsetzung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards (HSE) bei ihnen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst erfolgreich das gesamte Projekt – von der Kick-off-Phase nach dem Verkauf über Engineering, Ausführung, Test und Auslieferung bis hin zur Übergabe an den Service
- Du behältst den Projektzeitplan im Blick, passt ihn bei Bedarf an und sorgst dafür, dass Meilensteine eingehalten und Fortschritte gesichert werden
- Du baust interdisziplinäre Projektteams auf, organisierst sie effizient und motivierst sie zu Höchstleistungen
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern, verwaltest Ressourcen und Materialien und stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher
- Du unterstützt wichtige Projektbeteiligte wie Bauleiter oder Inbetriebnahme-Ingenieure
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement sowie die wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse (Profit & Loss) und erkennst kontinuierlich Optimierungspotenziale
- Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Kunden und baust durch zuverlässige Zusammenarbeit Vertrauen auf
- Du achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards (HSE) und förderst eine entsprechende Kultur im Projektteam

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Alternativ bringst du eine technisch orientierte Ausbildung mit einer abgeschlossenen Techniker-Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik und Maschinenbau mit
- Du besitzt Organisationstalent und arbeitest strukturiert, um auch komplexe Projekte erfolgreich zu steuern
- Du bringst idealerweise eine CE-Koordinator-Ausbildung mit (von Vorteil)
- Du kennst dich mit MS Project und Visio aus – Kenntnisse in beiden Programmen sind von Vorteil
- Du beherrschst MS-Office sicher und routiniert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch kannst du gut
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und bist dabei zuverlässig
- Du bist teamfähig und kritikfähig, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
- Du bist reisebereit, um Projekte vor Ort zu unterstützen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
