Was erwartet dich?
- Definition der intralogistischen Prozesse in Hamburg und Wittenburg
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Optimierung mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern
- Schnittstelle zu allen Fachbereichen außerhalb der Logistik für Themen rund um logistische Prozesse und Qualität
- Prüfung und Umsetzung interner und externer Anforderungen
- Erstellen von Softwarekonzepten und CR’s in Bezug auf die eingestellte Softwarelösung inkl. Testing und Inbetriebnahme
- Festlegung von Qualitätsstandards und Reporting
- Planung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Mitarbeiterschulungen
- 2nd Level Support für LFS und Troubleshooting

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Produktion oder verwandten Fachrichtungen
- Alternativ: Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Groß- und Außenhandel, Speditionswesen oder Industrie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (+ 2 Jahre) in vergleichbarer Position im Bereich Logistik, Prozessoptimierung, Projektmanagement oder Operational Excellence
- Zusatzqualifikationen wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse (z. B. Wertstromanalyse, Prozessaufnahme, Lean- und Six-Sigma-Methoden)
- Kenntnisse in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC)
- Sicher in der Anwendung von KPI-Systemen, Performance-Reviews und Dashboards
- Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Mitarbeit an Optimierungs- und Changemanagement-Projekten
- Methodenkompetenz im Lean Management und Six Sigma
- Routinierter Umgang mit modernen ERP-/LVS-Systemen sowie Tools wie Power BI
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrungen mit LFS aus dem Haus Ehrhardt & Partner und /oder ERP -Lösung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
- Analytische und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung (Datenanalyse, Problemlösung)
- Proaktive, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch im Change-Umfeld

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
