Was erwartet dich?
- Definition der intralogistischen Prozesse in Hamburg und Wittenburg
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Optimierung mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern
- Schnittstelle zu allen Fachbereichen außerhalb der Logistik für Themen rund um logistische Prozesse und Qualität
- Prüfung und Umsetzung interner und externer Anforderungen
- Erstellen von Softwarekonzepten und CR’s in Bezug auf die eingestellte Softwarelösung inkl. Testing und Inbetriebnahme
- Festlegung von Qualitätsstandards und Reporting
- Planung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Mitarbeiterschulungen
- 2nd Level Support für LFS und Troubleshooting

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Produktion oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit deutlichem Logistikbezug (z. B. Spedition & Logistikdienstleistung, Groß- und Außenhandel, Industrie). - Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit klarem Fokus auf Logistik-, Lager- oder intralogistische Prozesse (z. B. Prozesslogistik, Operational Excellence, logistiknahe Projektarbeit).
- Fundiertes Verständnis für logistische Abläufe und Lagerprozesse sowie deren Analyse, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung im Projektkontext.
- Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse, (z. B. Wertstromanalyse, Prozessaufnahme).
- Kenntnisse in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen mit praktischem Bezug zur Logistik.
- Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs, Performance-Reviews und Reportings zur Steuerung logistikrelevanter Prozesse.
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Optimierungs- und Change-Projekten im logistischen Umfeld
(Projektkompetenz als Mittel zum Zweck – nicht als Selbstzweck). - Routiniert im Umgang mit ERP- und logistiknahen Systemen; Erfahrung mit LFS (Ehrhardt & Partner) ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Analytische, datenbasierte Herangehensweise sowie strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch im Change-Umfeld
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
