Als Consultant bzw. Senior Consultant unterstützt du aktiv mit deinem Banking-KnowHow die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und Prozesslandschaft unserer Sparkassenkunden. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team arbeitest du anspannenden Projekten von der Strategie bis zur operativen Umsetzung mit dem Ziel, Strukturen zu vereinfachen, Effizienz zu steigern und die Zukunftsfähigkeit der Institute zu sichern.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst mit deinem Banking-KnowHow (idealerweise aus einer Sparkasse) unsere Kunden in Fragen des Prozessmanagements und der Organisationsentwicklung.
- Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und unterstützt bei der Implementierung nachhaltiger Strukturen zur Sicherung von Prozesseffizienz.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften und Fachbereichen unserer Kunden zusammen, analysierst bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen.
- Du wirkst in strategischen Projekten bei namhaften Finanzinstituten mit und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung ihrer Prozesslandschaften.
- Mit wachsender Erfahrung übernimmst du eigenständig Verantwortung für Teilprojekte und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsportfolios ein.
- Du arbeitest flexibel und überwiegend remote, bist aber bereit, Kundentermine bei Bedarf auch vor Ort wahrzunehmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich und/oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen mit und kennst idealerweise das Kernbanksystem der Sparkassen (OSPlus, OSPlus_neo und PPS_neo).
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. eine bankfachliche Ausbildung.
- Du kennst die Abläufe in einer Sparkasse und verstehst die Anforderungen an effiziente und regelkonforme Prozessgestaltung. Erfahrung mit PPS_neo und ein Denken in Prozessstandards sind von Vorteil.
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von Organisations- und Prozessmanagement sowie internen Kontrollsystemen.
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Prozessberatung (Organisation, Markt, Marktfolge, digitale Abschlüsse) sind wünschenswert mit.
- Du bringst eine grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft mit und schätzt den direkten Austausch mit Kunden, wenn Projekteinsätze das erfordern.
- Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und zielorientiert, bringst eigene Ideen ein und übernimmst Verantwortung. Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1) sind zwingend erforderlich.
