Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und optimierst schnell und hochwertig Tools, Skripte und Automatisierungen
- Du identifizierst, führst ein und integrierst neue Technologien (z. B. Ollama, RAG, PG Vector) zur Prozessverbesserung in all unseren Gesellschaften
- Du führst hands-on ein vierköpfiges, internationales Entwicklerteam (Remote/On-site) mit Fokus auf Python und JavaScript
- Du setzt VueJS, Nginx, PostgreSQL, Docker und weitere relevante Technologien ein
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Standorten (Hauptstandort: München) und Stakeholdern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Python und JavaScript, idealerweise mit KI-Tools
- Du hast Erfahrung mit VueJS, Nginx, PostgreSQL, Docker oder vergleichbaren Technologien
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Big Data und Workflow-Automatisierung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bringst Teamgeist mit und die Fähigkeit, schnell und effizient qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu liefern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
