Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen passgenaue Ladeneinrichtungen aus Holz – von der Arbeitsvorbereitung über den Zuschnitt bis zur finalen Montage.
- Dabei arbeiten Sie sowohl an individuellen Einzelstücken als auch in der Serienfertigung für unsere Kundenprojekte.
- Sie bedienen unseren modernen Maschinenpark und haben die Möglichkeit, sich in die CNC-Bearbeitung einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Gemeinsam im Team stellen Sie die hohe Qualität der Einrichtungselemente sicher und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Werkstatt.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen erste Berufserfahrung in der Holzverarbeitung mit.
- Sie sind handwerklich geschickt, haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis und grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse – Interesse an der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen ist ein klares Plus.
- Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise nach Zeichnung zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
- Sie sind bereit, im 2-Schicht-System zu arbeiten und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), um sich im Team sicher abzustimmen.
