Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern den operativen Einkauf von Rohmaterialien, Halbfabrikaten und Handelswaren für unsere anspruchsvollen Ladenbau-Projekte.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung und dem Lager koordinieren Sie Liefermengen sowie -termine und sichern so die reibungslose Materialversorgung.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich die Beschaffungsmärkte, bewerten Lieferanten und führen eigenständig Preis- sowie Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Mithilfe unseres ERP-Systems und MS Office 365 überwachen Sie alle Bestellvorgänge, pflegen die Stammdaten und erstellen relevante Reports zur Lieferperformance.

- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf mit, idealerweise im Projektgeschäft oder Ladenbau.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und gängigen ERP-Systemen sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Kostenbewusstsein und einer unternehmerischen Denkweise sichern Sie die besten Konditionen für unsere Projekte.
- Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke machen Sie zu einem wichtigen Bindeglied zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Lieferanten.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
