Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Kinder und Jugendliche mit besonderem Förderbedarf im Alltag und schaffst durch eine klare, verlässliche Tagesstruktur ein sicheres und stabiles Umfeld.
- Du planst und gestaltest eigenständig pädagogische Angebote sowie kreative Freizeitaktivitäten, um die sozialen und emotionalen Kompetenzen der Kinder gezielt zu fördern.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team sowie mit Eltern, Schulen und Jugendämtern zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche und abgestimmte Förderung sicherzustellen.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Dokumentation der pädagogischen Prozesse und erstellst Entwicklungsberichte als Grundlage für Fallbesprechungen und die weitere Hilfeplanung.
- In herausfordernden Situationen agierst du als verlässliche Ansprechperson, intervenierst deeskalierend und bietest den Kindern und Jugendlichen emotionale Unterstützung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine staatlich anerkannte pädagogische Ausbildung, z. B. als Erzieher:in oder Sozialpädagog:in, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst Empathie und idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit, die besondere Unterstützung benötigen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und konsequent, gleichzeitig bleibst du auch in herausfordernden Situationen geduldig und gelassen.
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten, was auch Dienste am Wochenende und in der Nacht einschließt, und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Für eine klare und sichere Kommunikation im Team und mit den Schutzbefohlenen sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
