Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erziehung, Betreuung und Therapie von traumatisierten Kindern und Jugendlichen
- Du übernimmst den „Kinderdienst“ und siehst die Welt wie ein Kind, um ein Kind aus Kindersicht vor den Erziehenden zu verteidigen
- Du führst gemeinsame Projekte an Wochenenden und in den Ferien durch, wie Exkursionen, Ferienspiele und Sommercamps

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine pädagogische Ausbildung mit staatlicher Anerkennung abgeschlossen
- Du bringst Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Engagement mit und hast den Willen, an der Umsetzung des Gesamtkonzeptes der Einrichtung mitzuwirken
- Du hast Erfahrung und die Bereitschaft zur Betreuung traumatisierter und verhaltensauffälliger Kinder und Jugendlicher
- Du bist motiviert, Freizeitgruppen für Kinder und Jugendliche zu organisieren und anzuleiten
- Du bist bereit, gemeinsame Projekte an Wochenenden und in den Ferien durchzuführen
- Du gehst gelassen mit Schicht-, Wochenend- und Nachtdiensten um und besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
