Als Bautechniker/ Konstrukteur im Bauingenieurwesen (m/w/d) bei der BVRS GmbH übernimmst du die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung unserer Bauprojekte im Bereich Sanierung und Modernisierung. Du arbeitest eng mit Architekten, Bauleitern und Handwerkern zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Termine und Kosten im Projektverlauf stimmen. Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Sanierung, Modernisierung und Neubau
- Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Massenermittlungen und Kalkulationen
- Kostenkontrolle, Terminplanung sowie Qualitätsüberwachung während der Bauausführung
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit Architekten, Bauleitern und Handwerkern
- Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs
- Unterstützung bei der Förderberatung und Einbindung nachhaltiger Baukonzepte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, z. B. als Bautechniker, Bauingenieur, Konstrukteur oder vergleichbare
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bauleitung, Planung oder Projektsteuerung
- Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Softwareprogrammen (CAD, AVA, Microsoft 365)
- Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vergaberecht (VOB, HOAI) wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
