Zur Unterstützung unseres Hochbaus suchen wir für unseren Standort Berlin, Braunschweig, Hamburg oder Uelzen eine*n Arbeitsvorbereiter*in (m/w/d).
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und optimieren die Baustelleneinrichtung, die Bauprozesse und Ressourcen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektverantwortlichen
- Sie erstellen Projektterminpläne und Zahlungspläne in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mengenermittlungen
- Sie erstellen die A/V-Planung in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
- Sie führen das Projektcontrolling durch
- Sie übernehmen weitere gängige strategische und administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Sonderaufgaben und Projekte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, einen Abschluss als Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Baustellen in ähnlicher Position
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse bei der Erstellung von Projektterminplänen und in den einschlägigen Softwareanwendungen (z.B. MS Project, Power Project) sowie in Grafikprogrammen zur Erstellung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen
- Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse über Bauprozesse, Konstruktionsdetails und relevante Regeln, Vorschriften (VOB) und Qualitätsstandards
- Sie kennen sich mit den gängigen Grafik- (Revit) und Kalkulationsprogrammen zur Erstellung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen und zur Massenermittlung aus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse bei der Erstellung von Projektterminplänen und im Umgang mit Projekt- und Planservern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
