Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die professionelle Installation und Inbetriebnahme mobiler Heiz- und Klimageräte bei Kund:innen vor Ort durch und stellst die ordnungsgemäße Funktionalität sowie die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards sicher
- Du führst regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten an den Geräten durch, um ihre Leistungsfähigkeit sicherzustellen, und diagnostizierst sowie behebst technische Störungen und führst Reparaturen vor Ort durch
- Du berätst Kund:innen zu passenden Heiz- und Klimageräten basierend auf ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen und schulst sie im Umgang mit den Geräten sowie gibst Tipps zur optimalen Nutzung
- Du dokumentierst alle durchgeführten Arbeiten in Wartungs- und Serviceberichten und pflegst Bestands- und Einsatzberichte im Firmensystem
- Du bist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb des Einsatzgebiets zu reisen, häufig auch in angrenzende Regionen oder bundesweit, und nutzt das Firmenfahrzeug zur Anfahrt zu den Einsatzorten
- Du nimmst am Notdienst teil, um schnell auf akute Anfragen und Störfälle außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten zu reagieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
