Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren den Werkzeugbemusterungsprozess von der Werkzeugplanung bis zur Serienfreigabe in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Sie planen, bereiten vor und stimmen die Termine für die durchzuführenden Bemusterungen ab
- Sie leiten das Bemusterungsteam und arbeiten alle notwendigen Daten und Unterlagen für den Bemusterungsprozess aus
- Sie organisieren die wöchentlichen Bemusterungen in Absprache mit der Abteilung Arbeitsvorbereitung und werten die Prozessergebnisse von bemusterten Werkzeugen aus
- Sie legen Optimierungsmaßnahmen für Neuwerkzeuge fest, dokumentieren diese und führen Versuchsreihen anhand eines Aktions- und Maßnahmenplanes durch
- Sie kontrollieren den Verlauf im Hinblick auf die Folgebemusterungen und die Anzahl der Optimierungsschleifen und planen, führen durch, beurteilen und dokumentieren den Run@Rate-Prozess (Prozessabnahme)
- Sie arbeiten aktiv bei Sonderprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff und Kautschuktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker (m/w/d) Kunststofftechnik, ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Kunststofftechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessparameter-Ermittlung und Erfahrungen im Bereich Bemusterung von 1K und 2K Spritzgießwerkzeugen (idealerweise Automotive)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und sind teamfähig
- Sie haben gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse und sind bereit zu reisen, sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland
