Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Mobilfunk-Bauprojekte von der ersten Planung über die Realisierung bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Du bist für die reibungslose Koordination der Baustellen verantwortlich und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle für Montageteams und Nachunternehmer.
- Du pflegst eine enge und transparente Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, informierst proaktiv über den Projektfortschritt und stellst eine hohe Zufriedenheit sicher.
- Du übernimmst die kommerzielle Steuerung deiner Projekte, behältst Budgets im Blick und erstellst mit MS Office regelmäßige Reportings zum Projektstatus.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Mobilfunk, Telekommunikation oder Elektrotechnik.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von technischen Projekten mit und behältst auch bei komplexen Vorhaben den Überblick.
- Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich mit Kunden, Dienstleistern sowie deinem Team und kannst deine Position durchsetzen.
- Eine eigenständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicher Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
