Was erwartet dich?
- Werksinterne Abnahme zur Qualitätssicherung, Stand der Technik und Normen
- Erstellung der Inbetriebnahme- und Abnahmeprotokolle für die interne Endabnahme
- Abgleich der Zeichnungen und Abgleich der Bedienungsanleitung mit dem Auftrag sowie mit den Funktionen der Lokomotive
- Auslesen und Archivieren von Maschinendaten
- Kooperation mit Konstruktion und Ausführenden zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungsfehlern
- Schulung Inbetriebnehmer und Monteure
- Dokumentation durch Erstellung und Ablage von Fotos der versandfertigen Lokomotiven zum Nachweis des Ausliefer-Zustands
- Statistische Auswertung der Fehlerhäufigkeit bei Inbetriebnahme/Endabnahme verschiedener Lokomotivtypen und Technikbereiche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie stellen die fach- und fristgerechte Umsetzung der Aufgaben mit folgenden Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen sicher:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Elektro- oder Mechanikbereich (z.B. Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker), als Techniker oder als Bachelor Fahrzeugtechnik. Qualifikationen in Pneumatik, Hydraulik, Motorentechnik und Elektrotechnik bilden das Grundgerüst für die zukünftige, erfolgreiche Einarbeitung und Übernahme der Aufgaben.
- Idealerweise mehrjährige, eigenverantwortliche Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in der Großfahrzeugtechnik
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards, im Qualitätsmanagement nach DINENISO 9001: 2015, in der Messmittelverwaltung sowie der Wareneingangsprüfung
- Routinierter Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagement- und Dokumentationssystemen, Reporterstellung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse, auch in der fachlichen Anwendung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
