Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die strategische und operative Verantwortung für die Kundenbeziehung – von der Budgetplanung über die Servicepriorisierung bis hin zur Leistungsbewertung
- Sie steuern und führen ein großes, dezentrales Außendienst-Team (VL, TL, BZL) inklusive Coaching, Motivation und Qualitätssicherung
- Sie führen professionelle Verhandlungen bei Leistungsdefinitionen, Zusatzanforderungen und Budgetentscheidungen
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Maßnahmen zur Sicherung von Effizienz, Qualität und Wertschöpfung um
- Sie kommunizieren aktiv zwischen Kund:innen, Außendienst und internen Bereichen – mit Gespür für die Balance zwischen Kundenwunsch und Unternehmensinteressen
- Sie betreiben KPI-basiertes Controlling, Reporting und leiten strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im Beauty- oder Konsumgüterumfeld
- Sie besitzen ein starkes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz
- Sie haben nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung großer Außendienst-Teams
- Sie besitzen diplomatisches Geschick, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen in gleichem Maße
- Sie denken analytisch, lösungsorientiert und zeigen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Sie handeln mit Integrität, Loyalität und können auch unter Druck sicher agieren
- Sie haben Kenntnisse der Handelsmechaniken, POS-Prozesse und KPI-Systeme
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
