Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, steuerst und optimierst komplexe Produktionsprozesse für zwei Produktionsstrecken (50 L – 7.400 L Bioreaktoren)
- Du führst und entwickelst bis zu 15 Mitarbeitende – sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch
- Du stellst unsere Qualitätsstandards nach ISO 9001, GMP+ und Lean Management sicher und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du übernimmst die Budget-, Kosten- und Terminkontrolle sowie das regelmäßige Produktionscontrolling und Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
- Du managst die Schnittstellen zu F&E, Qualitätssicherung und Technik
- Du gestaltest aktiv bei der Umsetzung der strategischen Unternehmensziele mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master- oder Ingenieurstudium in Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in Fermentation, Separation, Gefrier- oder Sprühtrocknung
- Du hast nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in einem biotechnologischen Produktionsumfeld
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Bioreaktoren, Prozesssteuerung und Qualitätssystemen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
