Sie führen eigenständig Stakeholderanalysen durch, um Interessen, Bedürfnisse und Einflüsse zu identifizieren – Ihr Teamleiter steht Ihnen dabei unterstützend zur Seite
Sie entwickeln eine Kommunikations- und Informationsstrategie, die auf die Ergebnisse Ihrer Analyse aufbaut und Stakeholder gezielt einbindet
Sie unterstützen die Auswahl und Implementierung eines effizienten Stakeholdermanagement-Systems (z. B. SRM)
Sie stellen eine klare und kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern sicher – in enger Abstimmung mit den Teilprojekten und Support Funktionen im Projekt sowie internen Fachabteilungen
Sie begleiten und unterstützen die Teilprojekte bei Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Projektkommunikation
Sie analysieren und optimieren regelmäßig unsere Stakeholderprozesse und bewerten deren Wirksamkeit
Sie erkennen mögliche Risiken oder Konflikte frühzeitig und entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam pragmatische Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
Erste Erfahrungen oder Einblicke ins Stakeholdermanagement, idealerweise in komplexen Infrastruktur-, Energie- oder Förderprojekten und/oder Projekten mit mehreren Anspruchsgruppen
Interesse an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien sowie am Einsatz moderner Stakeholdermanagement-Tools
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, diplomatisches Geschick und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
Analytisches, strategisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf bundesweit zu Projektstandorten und Partnern zu reisen
