Ihre Aufgabengebiete:
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Verhandlungen vor Ort mit Grundstückseigentümern, Landwirten und Behörden/Kommunen zur Einholung von Leitungsrechten und Bauerlaubnissen in Projekten sowie im Leitungsbestand (Abschluss, Abwicklung und Bearbeitung von Vereinbarungen, Eintragungsbewilligungen, Gestattungs- und Nutzungsverträgen)
- Sie vertreten unser Unternehmen bei öffentlichen Veranstaltungen und im direkten Kontakt mit Stakeholdern vor Ort
- Sie koordinieren externe Dienstleister und Sachverständige im Rahmen des Rechtserwerbs
- Sie bewerten land- und forstwirtschaftliche Flächen sowie den Aufwuchs
- Sie übernehmen die Betreuung und Verwaltung von bestehenden Ausgleichs- und Ersatzmaßnahmen, einschließlich der Durchführung von Erfolgskontrollen
- Sie dokumentieren und pflegen Verträge, Unterlagen und Grundstücksdaten in unseren Systemen

Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrar- oder Forstwirtschaft, Landschaftsplanung oder -ökologie, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Landwirtschaft
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Infrastrukturbereich bzw. mit naturschutzrechtlichen Ausgleichs- und Ersatzmaßnahmen sowie Kenntnisse in den Methoden der Grundstücksbewertung und den landwirtschaftlichen Bewertungsmethoden mit
- Sie sind verhandlungssicher, kommunikationsstark und behalten auch in herausfordernden Gesprächen einen kühlen Kopf
- Sie bringen eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit und sind gerne im Außendienst unterwegs
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
