Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen als Bauüberwacher (m/w/d) die örtliche Bauüberwachung und stellen die qualitäts-, budget- und termingerechte Ausführung sicher
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen Eisenbahnplanung, Straßen- und Tiefbauplanung sowie der Umweltplanung zusammen. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Bauüberwachung von Bahnprojekten
- Sie sind Mitglied eines organisierten Teams, welches moderne Hilfsmittel (z.B. Drohne, Roverstab zur elektronischen Datenaufnahme) und Softwareprogramme (z.B. DocuTools, PlanRadar, ITwo) einsetzt
- Sie verantworten die örtliche Bauüberwachung nach Leistungsphase 8 der HOAI und sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggeber und den bauausführenden Gewerken
- Sie übernehmen das Nachtrags- und Mängelmanagement

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen als Bauüberwacher (m/w/d) über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur:in (z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau) oder einen Abschluss als Techniker:in
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung oder Projektsteuerung sammeln können
- Sie kennen sich mit den einschlägigen technischen Regelwerken und den Vorschriften des Bauvertragsrechts sowie VOB, HOAI usw. aus
- Sie wenden die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) sicher an und haben idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit MS-Project und iTWO
- Sie verfügen über deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau und Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Sie verfügen über einen gültigen PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B. Ein personengebundenes Fahrzeug zur privaten Nutzung kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden
