Als CNC-Dreher (m/w/d) bei AS-Schneider leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Spitzenqualität unserer Industriearmaturen und Ventiltechnik. Du richtest hochmoderne CNC-Maschinen präzise ein, fertigst Bauteile für unsere weltweit eingesetzten Produkte und sorgst damit dafür, dass unsere Armaturen selbst unter extremen Bedingungen zuverlässig funktionieren – ob in Schiffsantrieben, Kraftwerken oder der Prozessindustrie. Dein Know-how ist ein zentraler Baustein für unseren weltweiten Erfolg.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig Fertigungsaufträge nach Arbeitsplan und technischen Zeichnungen
- Du stellst CNC-Drehmaschinen und Bearbeitungszentren selbstständig ein und programmierst diese für verschiedene Fertigungsaufgaben
- Du entwickelst Programme für Neuteile in enger Abstimmung mit deiner Führungskraft
- Du überwachst Werkzeuge, führst Programmkorrekturen durch und sicherst damit die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte
- Du bedienst mehrere Maschinen parallel und optimierst dabei kontinuierlich die Produktionsabläufe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Zerspanung und kennst die Anforderungen der modernen Fertigung
- Du bringst idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse an der Siemens-Steuerung 840D mit
- Du gehst sicher mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln um und arbeitest qualitätsbewusst
- Du bist bereit zur Schichtarbeit in Früh-, Spät- und bei Bedarf Nachtschicht

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
