Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie arbeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Patentanwältinnen und Patentanwälten und bringen Ihre juristische Expertise in vielfältige, nationale sowie internationale Angelegenheiten ein. Dabei übernehmen Sie die direkte Kommunikation mit Mandant:innen sowie mit Korrespondenzanwält:innen im Ausland
- Sie beraten unsere Mandant:innen im Bereich des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes mit dem Fokus auf Markenrecht und bringen Ihre Expertise in Markenanmeldungen, Eintragungs- und Widerspruchsverfahren vor deutschen und internationalen Ämtern ein
- Sie erstellen und prüfen Verträge, wie Lizenz- oder Abgrenzungsvereinbarungen, und unterstützen unsere Mandant:innen bei Verhandlungen, sowohl in außergerichtlichen als auch gerichtlichen Verfahren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein juristisches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen (mindestens das erste Staatsexamen oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss). Eine Anwaltszulassung ist nicht erforderlich
- Sie haben idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz gesammelt, dies ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, denken wirtschaftlich und behalten auch in komplexen Sachverhalten den Überblick
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich – und treten sicher in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Mandant:innen auf
- Sie beherrschen verhandlungssicheres Englisch, da viele unserer Mandant:innen international tätig sind
- Sie schätzen die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und übernehmen gerne eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
