Als Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich in der Position als Vertriebsmitarbeiter für Inbound Sales. Als Teil unseres Teams spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung unseres Startups. Unser Büro ist im Westend, München - direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle - in einem schönen Co-Working Space.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist das Aushängeschild unserer Firma als erster Kontaktpunkt für einen potentiellen Kunden und Partner, der/die mit truckoo Kontakt aufnimmt.
- Du entwickelst ein umfassendes Verständnis für unsere Tech Plattform und unseren Service, kennst unsere Kunden und die einzigartigen truckoo Vorteile.
- Du qualifizierst Interessenten via E-mail oder Telefon, agierst dabei auf Augenhöhe mit allen Entscheidungsträgern und legst so den erfolgreichen Grundstein für eine langfristige Partnerschaft
- Dein oberstes Ziel ist es, die Kundenanfragen mit Hilfe moderner Verkaufstechniken zu bearbeiten, und erfolgreich in den Abschluss zu bringen
- Du spielst nicht nur eine essentielle Rolle beim Aufbau der Vertriebspipeline, sondern hilfst uns unseren Verkaufskanal stets zu verbessern.

- Du bist überzeugend, stark eigenmotiviert und hast Spaß in der Kundeninteraktion
- Selbstbewusstsein, Kommunikation, eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und lösungsorientiertes Denken zählen ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken
- Auf Deutsch (Französisch wäre ein Plus) kannst Du dich fließend in Wort und Schrift verständigen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
