Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich dafür, neue Immobilien zu gewinnen und führst dafür Gespräche mit Kunden.
- Du arbeitest nach unseren festen Verkaufsabläufen und überprüfst regelmäßig, wie gut Deine Aktivitäten laufen.
- Du erstellst regelmäßig Berichte und Auswertungen über Ergebnisse bei der Gewinnung von neuen Kunden und Objekten und gibst sie an die Vertriebsleitung weiter.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Daten zu Kunden, Objekten und Leads immer aktuell, richtig und vollständig sind. Außerdem überlegst du, wie man diese Prozesse verbessern kann.
- Du unterstützt die Vertriebsleitung bei den täglichen Aufgaben im Büro und im Verkauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast schon Erfahrung im Bereich Kunden- oder Objektgewinnung, am besten in der Immobilienbranche.
- Du kennst dich gut mit CRM-Systemen aus und arbeitest genau, strukturiert und mit Zahlen.
- Du magst es, mit Daten zu arbeiten, und hast gute PC-Kenntnisse.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und vielleicht schon Erfahrung darin, Immobilien zu akquirieren.
- Du bist flexibel und unterstützt auch bei Terminen am Wochenende oder nach 17 Uhr.
- Du arbeitest gerne im modernen Büro und arbeitest gerne direkt vor Ort (statt im HomeOffice) und bist Bestandteil des Teams.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
