Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und pflegst Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Betriebsanweisungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Sicherheitsvorgaben eingehalten und regelmäßig aktualisiert werden
- Du führst Sicherheitsbegehungen durch, identifizierst potenzielle Risiken und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ab. Zudem bearbeitest du Ereignisse wie Unfälle, Havarien oder Beinaheunfälle und trägst so aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit bei
- Du planst, organisierst und führst Schulungen sowie Unterweisungen zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen durch, um das Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit im gesamten Team zu stärken

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, eine Ausbildung zum Techniker:in oder Meister:in absolviert oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst bereits Führungserfahrung mit und verfügst über fundierte Fachkenntnisse als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Chemie – und/oder als Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator:in (SiGeKo)
- Du hast alternativ als HSE-Manager:in bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Baustellen oder in der Betreuung von Chemiegroßanlagen gesammelt
- Du überzeugst mit deinem Durchsetzungsvermögen und deiner Leidenschaft für Arbeitssicherheit – insbesondere auf Baustellen, ganz im Sinne der Vision Zero
- Du arbeitest selbständig, verantwortungsbewusst und mit klarem Fokus auf sichere und effiziente Abläufe
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse auf mind. B1-Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
