Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Logistikmitarbeitende, wenn es um Fragen und Probleme rund um SAP geht, z.B. bei Buchungen, Transaktionen oder Prozessabläufen. Dabei analysierst du auftretende Themen und arbeitest eng mit dem 2nd-Level-Support oder der IT-Abteilung zusammen, um Lösungen zu finden und umzusetzen
- Du bereitest SAP-Änderungen vor, begleitest sie aktiv und unterstützt bei Prozessanpassungen, Systemupdates oder neuen Funktionen. Änderungen und Erweiterungen im SAP-System testest, validierst und dokumentierst du sorgfältig, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Schulungsunterlagen. Neue Kolleg:innen führst du durch gezielte Schulungen ins System ein und sorgst für einen erfolgreichen Wissenstransfer
- Du stellst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen – wie Produktion, Qualität, Disposition und IT – sicher, dass die SAP-Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren und unterstützt aktiv bei der Prozessoptimierung und Standardisierung von Abläufen in der Logistik
- Du überwachst Systemprozesse und Buchungen, stellst korrekte Datenflüsse sicher und arbeitest an Projekten zur SAP-Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung mit, um unsere Logistikprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Logistikbereich, z. B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung mit logistischem Bezug
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld, mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute SAP Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Modulen EWM, MM oder WM, und bist vertraut mit logistischen Prozessen wie Wareneingang, Lagerverwaltung, Kommissionierung, Versand und Produktionsversorgung
- Du hast Erfahrung als SAP Key User oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle und im Testen und Validieren von SAP-Änderungen und Systemupdates
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint, und zeichnest dich durch analytisches Denken und schnelle Erkennung von Prozessfehlern aus
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, kommunizierst offen und klar mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf min. C1-Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
