Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest die Demontage und Montage von Anbauteilen vor, reinigst, klebst ab, schleifst, spachtelst und grundierst bzw. füllst
- Du führst Lackierungen durch, findest und mischst Farbtöne, be- und überlackierst, arbeitest mit Basis- und Klarlack, und führst Spot-/Smart-Repair sowie Teil- und Komplettlackierungen aus
- Du entfernst Staubeinschlüsse, polierst, führst Hochglanzfinish durch und übernimmst die Endkontrolle und Dokumentation
- Du setzt Kunststoffe instand, trägst Haftgrund/Primer auf und bearbeitest strukturierte Oberflächen
- Du planst deine Arbeit eigenständig, wickelst Aufträge termingerecht ab und pflegst die Lackierkabine sowie das Werkzeug
- Du gehst sorgsam mit Materialien um und hältst VOC- und Sicherheitsvorgaben ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Meister als Fahrzeuglackierer
- Du hast Praxis in der Reparatur- und Neuteilelackierung und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Spot-/Smart-Repair
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse für Abstimmung und Dokumentation und idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du gehst sicher mit der Farbmischbank und gängigen Lack- und Schleifmaterialien um
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Farbsehen, handwerkliche Präzision und einen Sinn für Oberflächenqualität
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und sauber, bist zuverlässig und teamfähig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
