Was erwartet dich? Dein Wirkungsfeld als Pionier, Zukunftsgestalter oder Visionär!

Entwicklung, Steuerung und Gesamtkoordination von Projekten im Anlagenbau (v. a. Wasserstofferzeugung, Infrastrukturen, erneuerbare Kraftstoffe, technische Ausrüstung) innerhalb folgender optionaler Kernkompetenzen:
- Genehmigungsmanagement und Rechtliches
- Kundenbetreuung und Vertrieb
- Fördermittelmanagement
- Technische und operative Umsetzung
- Controlling, Reporting und Risikomanagement
- Prozessoptimierung und interne Entwicklung
Erstellung von Projektkonzepten, Machbarkeitsstudien, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Konzeptanalysen
Identifikation und Entwicklung geeigneter Projektpotenziale inkl. Standorte unter
Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher, allgemein- und genehmigungsrechtlicher Aspekte
Betreuung von Planungsschritten inkl. Grundstücksbewertung, Erschließung und Ausgleichsmaßnahmen
Erstellung und Pflege von Projektzeitplänen, Budgets und Fortschrittsberichten
Mitwirkung bei der Außenvertretung des Unternehmens (Messen, Fachkongresse, Verbandsarbeit)

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich, z. B.:
- Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Energie-, Umwelt-, Verfahrenstechnik)
- Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Projektmanagement
- Geografie, Raumplanung oder Umweltwissenschaften (bei Standortentwicklung)
Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Energie, Wasserstoff, Infrastruktur oder Anlagenbau
Je nach Kernkompetenz:
- Kenntnisse in Genehmigungs- und Planungsverfahren (BImSchG, BauGB, EEG etc.)
- Erfahrung mit Fördermittelmanagement (Recherche, Antragstellung)
- Vertrautheit mit technischen Konzepten und wirtschaftlichen Bewertungen (z. B. DEVEX, CAPEX, OPEX)
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Kenntnisse im Claimmanagement und Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Kommunen und Investoren
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. MS Project, Primavera)
- Kenntnisse in CAD/GIS-Software (z. B. AutoCAD) von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Englischkenntnisse (technisch und vertraglich) - weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
