Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Wartung, Reparatur und Störungsbeseitigung von Heizungsanlagen direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
- Du führst die fachgerechte Inbetriebnahme von Neuanlagen durch und verantwortest die sorgfältige Vor- und Nachbereitung deiner Serviceeinsätze.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner berätst du unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen, bearbeitest Reklamationen lösungsorientiert und bist so das Gesicht unseres Unternehmens.
- Du dokumentierst deine Arbeiten und stellst durch die enge Abstimmung mit dem Innendienst eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in für SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandsetzung von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen mit.
- Die Fehlersuche bei technischen Störungen, auch im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, liegt dir und du findest schnell pragmatische Lösungen.
- Mit deiner eigenständigen und qualitätsbewussten Arbeitsweise überzeugst du im Team und bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit allen Ansprechpartnern zu verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
