Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Planung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich der Kältetechnik – von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Du steuerst die technische Umsetzung vor Ort, überwachst die Qualität der Arbeiten und stellst sicher, dass alle Termine eingehalten werden.
- Als fachliche Führungskraft leitest du dein Team aus Kältetechnikern an, teilst dein Wissen und bist der erste Ansprechpartner bei technischen Herausforderungen.
- Basierend auf deiner Expertise erstellst du detaillierte, kundenspezifische Angebote und Kalkulationen für Service- und Wartungsaufträge.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Ausbildung als Meister*in oder Techniker*in im Bereich Kältetechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Wartungs- und Serviceaufträgen mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Teams fachlich angeleitet.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
- Du bist motiviert, dich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden, um dein technisches Wissen stets aktuell zu halten.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau) und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
