Was erwartet dich?
- Kultur gestalten statt nur Prozesse verwalten: Du baust gemeinsam mit dem Team eine starke Unternehmenskultur auf, pflegst sie durch gezielte Initiativen, spiegelst sie im Employer Branding, entwickelst neue PE- und OE-Maßnahmen (z. B. Big 5 for Life, Leadership Principles, Verhaltensanker u. v. m.) und setzt kreative Projekte eigenständig um.
- HR-Prozesse smarter machen: Du optimierst und automatisierst bestehende Strukturen und setzt sinnvolle Tools ein – für einfache und effiziente Abläufe in allen Admin-Themen (Verträge, Zeugnisse, Personalakten, Zeiterfassung, Personalstammdaten, Lohnbuchhaltung etc.).
- People Experience prägen: Du gestaltest und begleitest den gesamten Employee Life Cycle – von Onboarding über Entwicklung bis Offboarding – und stellst sicher, dass sich Mitarbeitende gesehen und psychologisch sicher fühlen.
- Recruiting: Du übernimmst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, achtest auf eine exzellente Candidate Journey und sorgst für ein nachhaltiges Wachstum unserer Teams.
- Vertrauensperson: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte und agierst empathisch, lösungsorientiert und vertrauenswürdig.
- Strategie: Du arbeitest gründernah und eng mit dem Management, um strategische Entscheidungen mitzugestalten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige (mind. 3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle, idealerweise im Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umfeld.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HR-Administration, Arbeitsrecht und idealerweise in der Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Leidenschaft für Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie eine proaktive Herangehensweise.
- Eine ausgeprägte "Getting-Things-Done"-Mentalität und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, wertschätzende Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe aufzubauen.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich HR-Management, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL, Sozialwissenschaften oder Vergleichbares.

Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
