Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln unseren Standort im Raum Braunschweig weiter – sowohl personell als auch durch den Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms
- Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Bauprojekte von der Planung bis zur Abnahme und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen
- Sie steuern die Auftragsabwicklung in technischer, wirtschaftlicher, terminlicher und qualitativer Hinsicht und stellen die Einhaltung aller Standards sicher
- Sie überwachen die Qualität von Bauarbeiten und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe auf den Baustellen
- Sie führen Vertragsverhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
- Sie vertreten uns als Gesicht der Unternehmensgruppe nach außen und pflegen vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung komplexer Hochbauprojekte
- Sie agieren dank Ihres umfassenden Know-hows in Bauprozessen, -techniken und Materialien sicher und lösungsorientiert im Projektalltag
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vertragsrecht
- Sie verfügen über nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Steuerung und Umsetzung von Großprojekten mit einem Volumen zwischen 40 und 60 Millionen Euro
- Sie führen klar, verbindlich und mit Empathie und verstehen es, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie gewinnen neue Projekte durch Fachkompetenz und Vertrauen und sind bereit zu reisen, vorrangig im norddeutschen Raum (ca. 10 %)

- Sie haben beim Generalunternehmer gearbeitet
- Sie verfügen über Anwenderkenntnisse in iTWO

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
