Als Einkäufer (m/w/d) bist du für die Beschaffung und Qualitätssicherung von Rohwaren für unsere Lebensmittelprodukte verantwortlich. Du gestaltest den Einkauf eigenständig, entwickelst Lieferant:innenbeziehungen und trägst dazu bei, eine effiziente und zuverlässige Rohwarenversorgung sicherzustellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Beschaffung von Rohwaren
- Du betreust den Einkauf von Fleisch und fleischbasierten Rohwaren eigenständig
- Du führst Preisverhandlungen und schließt Verträge mit Lieferant:innen ab
- Du identifizierst, bewertest und entwickelst neue Lieferant:innen im In- und Ausland
- Du stellst die Qualität und Verfügbarkeit der Rohwaren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Produktentwicklung sicher
- Du erstellst Reports sowie Lieferantenbewertungen und gestaltest interne Einkaufsprozesse aktiv mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder lebensmittelspezifische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittel-, Futtermittel- oder Fleischbranche
- Du besitzt ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du bist bereit zu reisen für Gespräche mit Lieferant:innen im In- und Ausland und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel und Warenwirtschaftssystemen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
