Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen des Sanitärfachhandels und Sanitärhandwerks in Bezug auf alle Technik- und Produktfragen sowie After-Sales-Service-Leistungen
- Du analysierst Ursachen und leitest erforderliche Maßnahmen für die optimale After-Sales Lösung ein
- Du vergibst Serviceaufträge an den Werkskundendienst und überwachst die Durchführung und Abrechnung
- Du kommunizierst mit Geschäftspartnern und Endanwendern
- Du bist in das Reporting des Qualitätsmanagements eingebunden und arbeitest mit dem Außendienst zusammen
- Du pflegst Daten bei Aufträgen und Serviceeinsätzen und nimmst an Fachmessen und Schulungen zur Erweiterung deines persönlichen Wissens teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) Sanitär-, Heizung- und Klimatechnik oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hoher Technikaffinität, insbesondere in der Sanitärbranche
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Kundenservices mit
- Du kannst sicher mit den MS-Office-Produkten umgehen und hast auch bereits mit ERP-Systemen gearbeitet
- Du arbeitest serviceorientiert, selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und weitere Fremdsprachen sind gerne gesehen
- Deine Dienstleistermentalität und Kommunikationsstärke heben dich von anderen Personen ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
