Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Affiliate & Digital Marketing Manager für unser Global Digital Sales Team in München oder Jena. Als Affiliate & Digital Marketing Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer digitalen Acquisition-Strategie im Affiliate-Bereich, um die Geschäftsziele in einem der umsatzstärksten Märkten nicht nur zu erreichen, sondern zu übertreffen. Zusammen mit den Vertriebs- und Marketingteams definierst du langfristige Ziele, um die Aktivitäten zur Kundengewinnung mit der übergeordneten Unternehmensstrategie abzustimmen. Zudem führst du digitale Kampagnen durch, analysierst und reportest die Ergebnisse und identifizierst Optimierungspotential bei wichtigen KPIs.

Was erwartet dich?

Ausbau, Pflege und Optimierung des Affiliate-Programms in DACH (z. B. über CJ, AWIN oder andere Partnernetzwerke)
Umsetzung der übergreifenden digitalen Acquisition-Strategie zur Erreichung und Übertreffung der Geschäftsziele im B2C-Segment im DACH-Markt
Digitale Kampagnenplanung und -umsetzung sowie kontinuierliches Monitoring und Optimierung von KPIs
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Spezialist:innen, um die Leistung des Funnels zu optimieren, Lücken zu identifizieren und die Customer Experience strategisch zu verbessern
Einbringen von Input in den Budgetierungs- und Planungsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit den Finanz- und HQ-Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ressourcenzuweisung mit den Geschäftsprioritäten übereinstimmt und den maximalen ROI liefert
Proaktive Identifizieren von Marktpotentialen und innovativer Ansätze unter Nutzung neuer Technologien und Plattformen
Proaktive Analyse der Wettbewerbslandschaft und der branchenüblichen Best Practices als Informationsgrundlage für strategische Entscheidungen
Entwicklung fortgeschrittener analytischer Fähigkeiten zur Bereitstellung von Daten und Analysen über das Kundenverhalten, der Kampagnenleistung und Markttrends (über unser Personalentwicklungsprogramm Grow with ESET)
Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Teams und Bereitstellung von Empfehlungen bei Kampagnen zur Leadgenerierung
Entwicklung und Pflege umfassender Dashboards und Berichte, die Echtzeit-Einblicke in Digital Sales-KPIs bieten
Lokalisierung und Anpassung von unternehmensübergreifenden Werbemitteln, etc. für den DACH-Markt

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich BWL, Informatik oder Digital Marketing
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Affiiate-Marketing sammeln können
Du bringst erste Erfahrungen in Digital Sales und Marketing mit (idealerweise 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und exzellente Präsentationsfähigkeiten aus
