Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen, berätst sie kompetent zu Ersatzteilen und erstellst eigenständig Kostenvoranschläge per Telefon und E-Mail.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Werkstatt-Team planst du den Ersatzteilbedarf und stellst eine reibungslose Versorgung für alle Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten sicher.
- Du übernimmst die komplette Abwicklung von Bestellungen – von der Annahme über die Organisation bis hin zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung.
- Du erstellst die dazugehörigen Werkstattaufträge und pflegst Kunden- sowie Teiledaten sorgfältig in unseren Systemen, wobei du routiniert mit MS Office arbeitest.
- Du behältst den Überblick über den Lagerbestand, identifizierst Bedarfe und sorgst für eine effiziente Lagerorganisation.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ- oder Nutzfahrzeughandwerk oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit gutem technischen Verständnis.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung im Ersatzteillager oder in der Lagerlogistik mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und organisiert, und du gehst sicher mit dem PC und MS Office um.
- Mit deinem freundlichen Auftreten und deiner Kommunikationsstärke berätst du Kund:innen und stimmst dich im Team ab.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
