Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Kund:innen freundlich und kompetent zu Ersatzteilen und organisierst die Versorgung der Werkstatt
- Du betreust unsere Kundschaft telefonisch und bearbeitest Kostenvoranschläge
- Du bearbeitest und organisierst eingehende Bestellungen und E-Mails
- Du erstellst Werkstattaufträge und pflegst Kundendaten gewissenhaft
- Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit der Werkstatt zum Ersatzteilbedarf und zu Kostenvoranschlägen ab
- Du unterstützt die termingerechte Lieferung von Ersatzteilen
- Du arbeitest im Team und übernimmst keine Personalverantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im KFZ- oder Nutzfahrzeughandwerk oder über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Ersatzteillager oder in der Lagerlogistik
- Du bringst technisches Grundverständnis für Nutzfahrzeuge mit
- Du besitzt Organisationsgeschick und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du gehst sicher mit PC und MS-Office um
- Du überzeugst mit einem freundlichen Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
