- Bei uns arbeitest du am Puls der Zeit: Unser Data Center entspricht allen aktuellen Anforderungen (Zertifizierungen nach ISO EN9001, ISO/IEC27001 sowie IDW PS951, SAP Hosting, SAP Cloud Infrastructure): Das Leistungsangebot reicht von individuellen Hosting-Lösungen, über fertig implementierte Infrastruktur-Plattformen bis hin zu flexiblen Cloud Lösungen
- Du holst potentielle Kund:innen zum Thema Managed Services dort ab, wo sie gerade stehen, und begeisterst sie mit deiner und unserer Kompetenz. So schaffst du Vertrauen für unsere Lösungen und kommst zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
- Du bist neben der primären Verantwortung für die Neukundengewinnung auch für die Betreuung bestehender Kontakte und Kund:innen zuständig. Du bist die regelmäßige Ansprechperson, die stets die Kundenzufriedenheit zum Ziel hat, sich Fragen annimmt, weitere Bedarfe aufnimmt und bei Problemen deeskalierend eingreift
- Du erkennst Trends und Innovationen, bringst diese ein und erarbeitest Vertriebskonzepte sowie kundenspezifische Lösungen
- Du beantwortest technisch komplexe Fragestellungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Presales-Kolleg:innen
- Du unterstützt unser digitales Marketing im Hinblick auf Inhalte und Vertriebsaspekte
- Du wirst von den von dir betreuten Kund:innen geschätzt und pflegst die Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du generierst seit mehreren Jahren erfolgreich Projekte im IT-Service-Umfeld, mit Fokus auf die Themen DataCenter und ggf. Netzwerk und IT-Security
- Du besitzt fundierte technische Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Verständnis für IT-/ Managed-Services
- Du kannst Menschen begeistern, verfügst über ein Gespür für die Bedarfe der Kund:innen, überzeugst mit deinem Auftreten sowie deinem hervorragenden Verhandlungsgeschick und bewegst dich souverän auf allen Hierarchie-Ebenen
- Du bist gut vernetzt und routiniert in der Pflege eines kontinuierlichen Beziehungsmanagements mit unseren Partner:innen
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und bist über die aktuellen Markttrends informiert
- Du hast aktuelle Herstellerzertifizierungen, was ein Plus wäre, und Teamgeist sowie Respekt im Umgang mit Menschen sind dir wichtig
