- Du betreust unsere Bestandskund:innen im Export (vorwiegend Skandinavien, Italien, Niederlande, Polen) eng
- Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung das Key-Account-Management für ausgewählte Kund:innen
- Du akquirierst systematisch und eigenständig Neukund:innen in unseren fokussierten Exportgebieten
- Du bist Markenbotschafter:in für unsere vier strategischen Marken MOB, LEBORGNE, MONDEIN und PEDDINGHAUS
- Du analysierst und bewertest die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen sowie die damit verbundenen Geschäftsprozesse strukturiert
- Du erstellst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer erfolgreichen Markt- und Vertriebsstrategie

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Du siehst dich selbst als Vollblut Vertriebler und bringst hier bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Business Development oder im internationalen Vertrieb mit
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Handwerkzeugen sowie Kontakte in der Werkzeugbranche oder im DIY-Bereich
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in Kombination mit konzeptionellem und unternehmerischem Denken
- Du bist belastbar, flexibel und bereit zu regelmäßiger internationaler Reisetätigkeit (mindestens 50 %)
- Du trittst sicher auf und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
