Was erwartet Sie?
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung kultureller und sozialer Aktivitäten, die das Wohlbefinden und die Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner/innen fördern
- Organisation und Koordination kultureller Monat-Programme, einschließlich Konzerte, Lesungen, Vorträge usw., sowie Funktion als erste Ansprechperson für Künstlerinnen und Künstler oder Vortragende
- Organisation von Ausflügen und Unterstützung solcher Vorhaben, u.a. Stadtrundgänge, Museumsbesuche, Spaziergänge
- Verantwortlich für Planung und Organisation der Räume sowie die Vorbereitung und Einrichtung der Veranstaltungsflächen, einschließlich Bestuhlung in Zusammenarbeit mit Technik und Service
- Kooperationen mit Künstlern, Vereinen und kulturellen Institutionen initiieren und begleiten
- Förderung der Bewohnerkontakte untereinander
- Administrative Aufgaben, wie z.B. Gagenverhandlungen, Vertragswesen, Rechnungsprüfungen, Veranstaltungsauswertungen
- Zentrale Kontaktperson für unsere Bewohner/innen hinsichtlich Anliegen zu Veranstaltungen und kulturellen Programmen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung von kulturellen Veranstaltungen, idealerweise im Seniorenbereich
- Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder im Eventbereich z. B. als Veranstaltungskoordinator (m/w/d), Bankett Manager (m/w/d), etc. wünschenswert
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Empathie und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse älterer Menschen
- Kreativität und Organisationstalent sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
