Die Tätigkeit im Therapiezentrum erhebt einen hohen Anspruch an:
- Eingangsbefundung der Patienten und Kunden
- qualifizierte Trainingsplanerstellung
- Durchführung und Kontrolle des Trainings und der Übungsausführung aller Kunden
- Überarbeitung und Optimierung der Trainingspläne
- Enge Absprache mit den Therapeuten im Team über die Trainingsinhalte
- Kontrolle und Anpassung der Übungsintervalle und Intensität
- ein umfangreiches Fachwissen mit ständiger Fort- und Weiterbildung
- die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit mit Kollegen unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen und Berufen sowie zur Kooperation mit den Ärzten
- ein hohes Niveau der sozialen Kompetenz im Umgang mit Kunden und Patienten unterschiedlicher Nationalität und Kulturkreisen
- das Engagement und die Eigenmotivation in der täglichen Arbeit
- die Fähigkeit zu selbständiger und verantwortungsvoller Übernahme der übertragenen Aufgabenbereiche

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
