Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche und Bauüberwachung im Rahmen von Projekten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst und planst mit gängiger Grafik-Software vielfältige Freianlagen – von privaten Gärten und Spielplätzen bis hin zu öffentlichen Parkanlagen.
- Du wirkst aktiv an Umweltprojekten mit, erstellst Fachgutachten und entwickelst Konzepte für die Eingriffs- und Ausgleichsbilanzierung im Einklang mit dem Baurecht.
- Du übernimmst die technische Detailplanung, beispielsweise für kleine Verkehrsanlagen oder Entwässerungssysteme, und stimmst dich dabei eng mit deinem Team ab.
- Du begleitest deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich von der ersten Idee über die Bauplanung bis zur Bauüberwachung vor Ort und bist zentrale Ansprechperson.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur, des Green Space Managements oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, dem Bau und der Bewirtschaftung von Freiflächen sowie im Baurecht mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Zeichenprogrammen.
- Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung – wir freuen uns auch über motivierte Absolvent:innen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und dienstleistungsorientiert, wobei du eine gute Balance zwischen Sorgfalt und Effizienz findest.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer bringst du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit, um dich reibungslos im Team und mit Projektpartnern abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
