Als Trocknungstechniker -Wasserschadensanierung (m/w/d) bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte Hand in Hand ablaufen und Räume wieder sicher und bewohnbar werden. Mit deiner Arbeit gestaltest du aktiv den gesamten Sanierungsprozess und trägst zu einer gesunden Umgebung bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest Wände, Decken und andere Flächen sorgfältig für anstehende Projekte vor
- Du setzt dein Fachwissen gezielt ein, um Schimmel zu vermeiden und Schäden zu beheben
- Du erfasst und beurteilst Feuchteschäden mit modernen Messmethoden und erstellst geeignete Sanierungskonzepte
- Du installierst und demontierst Trocknungsanlagen und wendest unterschiedliche Trocknungsmethoden an
- Du prüfst regelmäßig den Fortschritt und dokumentierst Messwerte sowie Sanierungsschritte digital
- Du erklärst Maßnahmen verständlich, arbeitest zuverlässig in bewohnten Immobilien und bist im Austausch mit Kund:innen
- Du übernimmst gelegentlich Notdiensteinsätze gemäß Einsatzplan
- Du arbeitest eigenständig ohne Personalverantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sichere Fahrpraxis
- Du verfügst über eine handwerkliche Ausbildung oder bringst technisches Verständnis mit
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Schadensanierung oder zeigst hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Du gehst sorgfältig mit Mess- und Gerätetechnik um und arbeitest eigenständig
- Du bist freundlich, zuverlässig und suchst nach Lösungen, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Du beherrschst Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation und Dokumentation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
