Als Technical Solution Engineer (m/w/d) bist du die technische Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden und Produktteams – von der Lösungsberatung bis zum erfolgreichen Betrieb. Du begleitest unsere Kunden durch den gesamten Lifecycle: von der ersten Konzeptidee über die Implementierung bis hin zur langfristigen Betreuung. Dabei trägst du aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden begeistert bleiben – und ihre Lösungen mit iTernity wachsen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei der Identifikation und Qualifizierung von Kundenprojekten
- Du berätst und konzipierst technische Lösungen, einschließlich Design und Dimensionierung einer Storage- bzw. Archiv-Lösung im TB- und PB-Bereich, basierend auf den Produkten unseres Unternehmens
- Du führst Produktdemos und Workshops remote oder vor Ort durch
- Du betreust und berätst Bestandskund:innen technisch nach der Implementierung
- Du unterstützt bei Betrieb, Optimierung und Eskalationsfällen und stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit durch proaktive Kommunikation sicher
- Du identifizierst Cross- und Up-Sell-Potenziale in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team und arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse im PreSales- und PostSales-Umfeld mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. IT-Systemingenieur:in, Solution Architekt:in o. ä.)
- Du hast Erfahrung in PreSales, Consulting, Customer Success oder technischer Kundenbetreuung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Storage Hardware typischer Hersteller (HPE / Fujitsu / Lenovo / Dell / ... )
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Themen einfach erklären
- Du hast Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt, Beratung und Teamarbeit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
