Als IT Administrator (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Schaltstelle für unsere interne IT-Umgebung und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft – von der Cloud bis zum Rack. Du kombinierst Hands-on-Technik mit Security-Bewusstsein und einem Sinn für effiziente Abläufe.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwaltest und pflegst unsere Workstations (Windows) und Benutzerumgebungen
- Du administrierst Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID, SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams) und betreust sowie überwachst Azure Subscriptions inkl. RBAC, Ressourcen- und Kostenmanagement
- Du betreibst und entwickelst eine SaaS-Laufzeitumgebung (AWS Kubernetes) weiter
- Du betreibst und wartest unser lokales Testlab (3 Racks, ESXi-Hosts, VMware, Switches, Hardware-Firewall) sowie die Office-IT (LAN, WLAN, Drucker, Konferenzsysteme etc.)
- Du verwaltest und überwachst unsere Backup-Prozesse und administrierst unsere Cloud-basierte VPN-Lösung und Firewall-Umgebung
- Du führst Asset-Management für Workstations, Smartphones, SaaS-Accounts, Netzwerkgeräte und Tokens durch und setzt unser IT-Security-Konzept um
- Du koordinierst externe IT-Dienstleister bei Projekten und Support

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Administration (Windows, M365, Azure) und gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Virtualisierung (VMware) und IT-Security
- Du hast Interesse oder erste Erfahrung im Bereich DevOps (Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, Automatisierung, Monitoring, CheckMK)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig mit einem Auge fürs Detail
- Du hast Freude an Verantwortung und am Zusammenspiel mit verschiedenen Teams
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
