Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing:
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Social-Media-Strategie (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIN usw.)
• Content-Erstellung (z. B. Reels, Ads, Stories)
• Community-Management & bezahlte Kampagnen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Influencer:innen
- E-Commerce:
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Onlineshops (Shopify)
• Planung, Gestaltung & Auswertungen von Aktionen und Kampagnen (Promotions, Bundles etc.)
• Performance-Marketing (Google Ads, Meta etc.)
• Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Zielgruppensegmentierung und Personalisierung (z. B. mit Klaviyo)

Das bringst du mit:
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation o. ä.
- 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing und E-Commerce Performance-Marketing (Google Ads, Meta etc.)
- Erste Erfahrungen & Kenntnisse im Bereich Lebensmittel / Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind von Vorteil
- Hands-on-Mentalität & Lust, Neues auszuprobieren
- Gute Kenntnisse in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, GA4
- Kreativität und erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools und ein gutes Datenverständnis
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
